How we handle the data that reaches us through DEFNET.RO, briefly and transparently.

We only collect the data you give us directly:
We use it to: reply to your requests, provide membership services, and send you relevant information about the platform (only if you are a member or have explicitly asked us to).
Your data is not sold, rented or shared for third-party marketing. We (ARSC) process it through the following strictly technical tools: JotForm (hosts the membership form), Google Maps (map on the Contact page). These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
Application data: for the duration of membership or of the active request, plus a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, so that we can answer later questions. After this period, it is deleted or anonymised.
Under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and the right to object to processing.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at [email protected]. We reply within a maximum of 30 calendar days.
